As men, we were taught to achieve. To provide. To endure. To be strong for everyone around us. But what happens when a man has been socialised to be everything to everyone, and nothing to himself. It shows up as a loss of joy and purpose, in the sense of void, in constant rage, and in the nagging feeling that you are living someone else's idea of your life. There is another way. Uzima Journey.Uzima in Swahili means wellbeing in its fullest, most complete sense. Physical. Emotional. Spiritual. Relational. All of it, together.Getting there is not a solo mission. It is a journey walked with others. We create safe spaces for men to pause, reflect, rejuvenate, and then show up in the world with joy, purpose and authenticity.Click below for a free Discovery Call or to attend our next Uzima Conversations.

Our Approach
Most men have never been still long enough to hear themselves think. Or to experience the peace of calmness. Our sessions use guided breathwork, mindfulness, and African strings and percussion to create a space where you are not required to perform, solve, or produce.Just arrive. Just breathe. Just be.For many men, this is the first time they have felt at peace in a long time.Click below for a free Discovery Call.
Our Approach
In a culture that rewards silence, telling your story is a radical act. Your experiences, all of them, carry wisdom that others desperately need.Through one-to-one coaching, listening sessions, and our monthly Uzima Conversations, we create a space where you can speak and be truly heard. You do not need to have it figured out. Your story already holds the answers.Click below for a free Discovery Call or to attend our next Uzima Conversations.

Our Approach
Many men have never known safe, non-sexual, nurturing touch. Not since childhood. The body holds the tales of our traumas, but there is power in the healing touch. Our embodiment massage sessions, drawing on Swedish and lomi lomi techniques and African aromatherapy. We offer a space for the body and the mind to release those knots and tension, and be rejuvenated.Click Discovery Call below to request a free 30-minutes taster session.

Our Approach
Men do not heal in isolation. They heal in the company of other men who are also willing to be honest. From monthly kinship circles to camping retreats and nature immersion, we build spaces where men connect through story, laughter, food, and the simple but radical act of showing up for one another.Because going far requires going together.Click below for a free Discovery Call.

Our Approach
Organisations invest heavily in performance. Far fewer invest in the men behind it. The cost of that gap shows up in disengagement, poor communication, and toxic workplace cultures.Uzima at Work brings the same principles of wholeness, story, and kinship that transform individual men into your workplace. We work with people managers, wellbeing leads, and team managers to build genuine affinity, cohesion and positive workplace ethos, especially in multicultural teams.Click below to get in touch and discuss how we can support with your team or individual staff.

Our Team
Kene was raised, like many men, to be strong and present for everyone around him. To carry without complaint. To achieve without pause. To give without asking what he needed in return. It took noticing the cost to his health, his joy, his sense of self, to ask a question he had never been taught to ask: what about me? Nobody had taught him how to come home to himself. So he began that journey through training in breathwork, stillness, healing touch, trauma-informed care, and the deep wells of African indigenous wisdom. He discovered that the path to well-being is an intentional journey, walked in kinship with others.Kene founded Uzima Journey to support other men on their quest to rediscover joy, purpose and authenticity. Whether you are just curious about Uzima Journey or just want a listening ear to process your thoughts, or book a breathwork or massage session, Kene would like to hear from you.

Marcus emerged with a profound calling to support others in discovering their authentic selves and living powerful, fulfilling lives after completing a transformative four-year development course. He went on to qualify in cognitive behaviour therapy and later earned certification as a practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming. With eight years of experience in helping others reveal their true selves, he believes most people do not struggle because they lack potential. They struggle because they carry too much internal noise to hear the part of themselves that already knows what to do.If you are ready to reduce the noise, reconnect with your deepest intelligence, and move through life with clarity and momentum, Marcus would love to guide you through that process as part of the Uzima Journey.
